hahaha....the war between Microsoft and Apple. Eventhough I am a Mac user, I don't hate Microsoft. Cause they have more software games than Mac does! And you have to wait for months and months before the version for Mac comes out! Sob!

Yeah, they said Mac is for the rich.
Although Mac is running at lower CPU (2GHz), but overall they are a faster machine.

Just like a 3.2 liter Ferrari and a 4 liter Toyota...

Yes but, in this case, it's a Ferrari on a Toyota engine... Didn't you know that Apple's going to use Wintel, I mean, Intel chips on their computers???
And by the way, we geek didn't think MACs were computers for rich. Just for chicks.

Haha, u made a big mistake here.
The processor has nothing to do with Windows or Mac platform.
Indeed Mac has been using Motorola and IBM chips.
Windows based PC can also opt for other processor.
It is the architecture of the whole systems that determine the speed of the machine. Given a Ferrari engine to Nissan, do u think they can make a car like car like Ferrari?

C'mon!!! Haven't you seen Nissan NISMO R-Tune 350Z!?!?!?!? And that's for just one third of the price of a Ferrari standard...

About a decade ago MAC users said they were different 'cause of the GUI. A couple of years ago they changed their minds and said it was because of the processor. Now that they're going to have the same ones as PCs, they say it's because of the architecture... I only say that each change costed Apple marketshare: from a initial 10% they dropped to 5%. How much are they going to fall now???

Yes, of course, architecture IS important, but you can also find very good architecture on the PC world... The BEST thing that a MAC still has is the cool image, the aura... as a Ferrari! Good performance and good image... but Ferrari is not necessarily the brand with the best performance on earth...

If you want to pick chicks up, you take your Ferrari to the streets. If you just want to enjoy speed and performance, you take your Nissan Z, your Pagani Zonda, your Lamborghini Murcielago, or even your Yamaha OX99-11 Concept!

Now enjoy your MAC (a cool machine, indeed) and stop puking on us who use Windows... We may not be a cool G4 Girl (sorry, G5 Girl) as you, but we enjoy our machines...

Chinese may also have another saying "If you're eating good grapes, don't vomit on the oranges"
