At 600am in the morning, Kamikochi is a fairy land covered with thick mist.

Sun rising in the East

Mist cleared off at 630am, revealing the beauty of Hotaka Mountain range and Azusa river

Some people said that Kamikochi is a representative of Japan's many moutain resorts.I have never been to other moutain resort in Japan except this one, but I think the claim might be true as people already started crowding the place from 7 am ( look at the bridge at distant, there are some visitors already).

The bridge at distant is known as Kappa-bashi or Kappa Bridge. So many things in Japan are related to this mythological half-human half-frog creature.

Our cheap but cozy tent set up at the Kamikochi camp site.(only 600 yen per person per night).
Two of my friends claimed that they heard UFO landing!
I repeat , UFO came to visit Kamikochi that night!
