Neos Neon

Thank you Angelene for giving us such an enjoyable tour around Sannomiya, and the beautiful Luminarie.
Kobe Luminarie was designed for the requiem of the 1995 Kobe earthquake.
We were lucky as the crowd was not so bad (according to Angelene)
The design of the Luminarie changes every year.
